I’m a delivery and transformation consultant with over 15 years’ experience supporting organisations through complex change.
Particularly where delivery pressure is high, clarity is limited, and outcomes genuinely matter.
I’m typically engaged when programmes or initiatives begin to drift, delivery needs stabilising, or senior leaders want confidence that change is being executed in a controlled, practical way.
Background
My experience spans delivery leadership, technical delivery management, and transformation roles across both public- and private-sector environments.
Much of my work has been within regulated or asset-intensive organisations, where delivery outcomes carry real operational, financial, and reputational consequences. In these settings, disciplined execution, clear decision-making, and strong coordination are essential, not optional.
What I Bring
I bring clarity to complex delivery situations, helping organisations understand where execution is slipping, why it’s happening, and what needs to change to restore momentum. My focus is on practical action and informed decisions, protecting the value of change initiatives by addressing issues early, managing delivery risk, and enabling teams to move forward with confidence rather than being swayed by noise or over-engineering.
I combine structured thinking with strong stakeholder engagement, helping align people, priorities, and delivery realities in environments where competing pressures are common.
How I Work with Clients
I work closely with clients and take the time to understand their environment, constraints, and priorities before getting involved. Context matters, and I don’t believe in applying a standard approach without understanding what’s really going on.
I tend to work calmly alongside delivery teams, offering experienced, practical input when it’s needed. I’m not there to comment from the sidelines. I focus on helping teams make decisions, deal with issues, and keep delivery moving.
I value openness, clarity, and straightforward communication. I work in a way that supports sustainable delivery, rather than short-term fixes that create further problems down the line.
